Trudi is a facilitator, executive coach and organizational development consultant with more than twenty years of experience helping leaders and leadership teams find clarity in the midst of complexity and create actions that achieve results.

Elizabeth van Geerestein

Elizabeth van Geerestein Ph.D. is a Transformational Coach who coaches men and women, senior executives, entrepreneurs and management teams through successful life, leadership, career, and organizational transitions. Dr. van Geerestein is the founder and managing partner of Papillon & Partners, a leadership coaching and consulting company and Vice President of The Leadership Pipeline Institute Netherlands. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Personal Leadership Development (PLD) at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) Erasmus University, The Netherlands.

Tom Pollack
